Prepaid SIM card in Germany

[series of travel in 2011]

(This information is written at October, 2011. Please check latest information.)

If you want to use prepaid SIM card in Germany, you can use Deutsch Telecom's one for talk, SMS, and using the Internet.

I bought it at Telekom shop in Dresden, Germany.
10 Euro's plan is cheapest, so I chose it.

Main usage of SIM card for me is using it with my SIM free iPhone.
For that purpose, you pay 0.99 euro/day for the Internet connection within Germany.

I could use Mail, Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, and Google maps all through my
travel.
This plan was very useful and save time & cost, compared to my domestic career's international roaming plan - around 15$ per day.

(You can also find Vodafone's prepared plan, but in my case, at my travel, it was more expensive. O2 had no prepaid plan.)
